Richards, Layton & Finger Lawyers Admitted to the Delaware Bar

WILMINGTON, Delaware (March 6, 2015) – Richards, Layton & Finger is pleased to announce that five new associates of the firm have been admitted to the Delaware bar. Joseph Barsalona II, Violeta Foreman, John Mezzanotte Jr., Arun Mohan, and Brendan Schlauch were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court in a ceremony in Dover.

Graduates of the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Mr. Barsalona practices in Richards, Layton & Finger’s Bankruptcy Department and Mr. Schlauch works in the Business Department. Ms. Foreman, who graduated from Washington University School of Law, also works in the firm’s Business Department. Mr. Mezzanotte graduated from Villanova University School of Law and practices in the Corporate Department, and Mr. Mohan, a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, works in the firm’s Litigation Department.
