Altman and Stubenberg Named in International Who’s Who of Private Funds Lawyers 2013

WILMINGTON, Delaware (September 17, 2012) – Paul M. Altman and Melissa K. Stubenberg, directors of Richards, Layton & Finger, have been named in The International Who’s Who of Private Funds Lawyers 2013. Altman and Stubenberg are the only lawyers in Delaware to be listed among the world’s leading private funds lawyers.

Altman is the chair of Richards Layton’s Business Department and heads the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group. His practice involves alternative entities, including partnerships and limited liability companies, and focuses primarily on the formation of private investment funds.

Stubenberg, also a member of the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, focuses her practice on all types of matters utilizing partnerships and limited liability companies, including formation, operation and dissolution issues involving private equity and hedge funds.
